SPRING WORK DAYS:

May 16 afternoon and May 17 all day - Peru Peak Shelter tent platform replacement project - call Marge Fish 824-3662 or email marge.fish@gmail.com for details -DATE CHANGED DUE TO ACCESS CONDITIONS - THIS PROJECT WILL BE ALL DAY JUNE 16 (MONDAY)

May 18 all day - finish Bourne Pond privy project - call marge Fish 824-3662 or email marge.fish@gmail.com for details

May 20 - meet at 8:30am at the rt 11/30 Long Trail parking lot - clear water bars, clip vegetation, cut blowdowns rt 11/30 to the summit of Bromley - bring lunch and snacks and something to drink, bug repellant, extra clothes layer, hoe or shovel, clippers, bow saw or folding saw (we have extras if you don't have these) - rain (bring raincoat) or shine - call or email Marge Fish for more details

June 29 -12:30 - Lye Brook Falls trailhead in Manchester - hike to falls and back - 5 miles round trip, 2-3 hours - moderate hike - for more information contact Alyson Ruby at alyruby@gmail.com or 362-6108

Nov 2 - 6:30pm- pot luck supper and planning meeting for winter trips at Marge Fish's house in Londonderry

Remember for safety, always bring with you the safety essentials: a space blanket, a whistle, extra layers, rain coat, food, liquid, map or trail guide, compass, matches and fire starter, a headlamp. Let someone else know where you are going and when you should be back.
